  7. INTRODUCTION
  8. Excel 4.0 plays a sound when it displays a message box.  For whatever reason, 
  9. this feature was left out of Excel 5.0.  XL-Beep restores system sounds to
  10. Excel 5.0.
  11.  
  12. INSTALLATION
  13. 1.  Place XLBEEP.DLL in your \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.
  14. 2.  Place XLBEEP.XLA in your \EXCEL\LIBRARY directory.
  15. 3.  Start Microsoft Excel.
  16. 4.  Select "Add-Ins..." from the "Tools" menu.
  17. 5.  When the dialog appears, click the "Browse" button.
  18. 6.  Select XLBEEP.XLA, in your \EXCEL\LIBRARY directory and click "OK".
